The lots are located within the Village of Carmangay and adjacent to the new G3 grain terminal.  There are about 40 trucks at G3 and about 2,000 cars that go by on the highway each day.  

Carmangay is the first net zero Village in Alberta and is developing it’s downtown with 3 commercial spaces that will be available for lease late summer of 2022.
